Pilot Project

Purpose: 

To establish an independent website for ordinary 'citizen-recipients' to track and understand non-military American foreign aid.  

Goals:

To specifically cater to citizens of developing countries such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt, etc. Make efforts to create partnerships between locals and American entrepreneurs, religious leaders, students, journalists, doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc.
